Abstract
Presents data on additional affordable housing supply in England in 2022-23. New affordable homes are defined as additional housing units (or bed spaces) provided to specified eligible households whose needs are not met by the market. The figures in this release show the gross annual supply of affordable homes, which includes new build and acquisitions from the private sector but does not take account of losses through demolitions or sales.
