Provides guidance on the owner and operator requirements for managing reservoirs. Covers: building or modifying a reservoir; registering a reservoir; appointing a panel engineer - when and how; reservoir safety; preparing a reservoir flood plan and flood map; preparing an inspection pack; and reporting an incident.
