Covers: purpose of the guidance; role of NIPG; who NIPG is for; whether NIPG is statutory; legislation that is relevant to the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP) consenting process; how updates to NIPG are communicated; and the relationship between NIPG and advice from the Planning Inspectorate.
