Abstract

Covers: TPOs - general; Making TPOs; informing people that a TPO has been made; commenting on newly made TPOs; confirming TPOs; varying and revoking TPOs; making applications to carry out work on trees protected by a TPO; taking decisions on applications for consent under a TPO; appealing against local authority decisions on applications; compensating for loss or damage; protecting trees in conservation areas; enforcing tree protection offences; and replacing protected trees.
