Abstract
Provides advice on the planning process for dealing with proposals for nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs). Explains the approach taken to identifying consultation bodies to be notified by the Secretary of State in accordance with the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)) Regulations 2017, as well as consulted on the scope of the Environmental Statement (ES) where relevant under those same regulations.
