Abstract
This questionnaire seeks to elicit information pertaining to quality assurance in pursuit of business and property protection objectives where modular building methods have been used. The key challenges addressed are the insurance issues of fire and water exposure. To be used in conjunction with the IQ8 Technical checklist for England.
