Abstract
For use where a contractor provides a warranty to a provider (funder) who has entered an agreement to provide financing for works. Can be used in conjunction with: a Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ), an Intermediate Building Contract (IC), an Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD), a Design and Build Contract (DB); or a Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC).
