Abstract
May be given by a Sub-contractor to an employer for proposed building works. Can be used in conjunction with : a Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ), Intermediate Building Contract (IC), Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD), a Design and Build Contract (DB), or Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC).
