May be given by a Sub-contractor to a provider of finance (‘Funder’) for proposed building works let or to be let under: a Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ), Intermediate Building Contract (IC), Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD), Design and Build Contract (DB), or a Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC).
