Provides guidance on cancellation notices, transfers and reversions to local authorities, registered building control approvers and persons carrying out building work. Covers: transitional arrangements for approved inspectors; overview of cancellation notices; transfer of projects to a new registered building control approver; transfer of projects to a new registered building control approver without a transfer certificate or report; reversion of projects to the local authority; reversion of projects to the Building Safety Regulator; and local authority capacity.
