A source of guidance relevant to contractors, surveyors and other specialists with a role in the planning and provision of usable spaces in existing structures below ground.

Document History

Supersedes 'Code of practice for waterproofing of existing below ground structures' (Property Care Association, 2017). Amendment effective August 2017 - revised from Code of practice for remedial waterproofing of structures below ground. Amendment effective May 2022 - incorporating amendments to BS 8102:2022 Protection of below ground structures against water ingress. Updated references. Minor formatting.
