Abstract

Relates to a development adjacent to Paddington Station, the Paddington Square project features an 18-storey mixed-use transparent cube-shaped building with a 0.5-hectare public piazza, a new Bakerloo Line entrance and ticket hall with step-free access, 32,500m² of Grade A office space, 33 retail units, and a rooftop bar and restaurant, enhancing connectivity and the public realm in the area.
