Abstract

Practical guidance for when conflicting interpretations arise from the November 2018 amendment to the Building Regulations which implements the ban on the use of combustible materials in the external walls of certain high-rise buildings. Issue two takes into account further changes arising from the Building etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022.
