Relates to SI 2025/433, which makes two planning permission routes (via the 62A route where permission is granted following application made under section 62A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and via the Crown land route where permission is granted concerning the development of Crown land deemed to be of national importance) subject to the Community Infrastructure Levy if the levy is charged in the local area.
