Abstract

Relates to SI 2025/762, which deals with the application for solar projects in England with a generating capacity of between 50MW and 100MW. This now must be to local planning authorities under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 c.8 rather than to the Secretary of State under the Electricity Act 1989 c.29.
