Abstract
A development of seven family homes on a suburban plot in Sanderstead, Croydon, designed by Harp & Harp for Star Homes. The project replaces a single house with two terraced rows, using a varied material strategy of red and white bricks and Staffordshire quarry tiles to reflect and reinterpret local context. The dwellings are generously sized and contemporary in silhouette while remaining sensitive to their setting.
