Abstract

Comprises the fourth section of Land Contamination Risk Management (LCRM) guidance, providing details on how to assess and manage the risks from historic land contamination. Covers: sustainable remediation; confirm the site information is still valid; step 1: develop a remediation strategy; step 2: remediate; step 3: produce a verification report; step 4: do long term monitoring and maintenance if required; remediation and verification reporting requirements.
