Abstract
Provides guidance to responsible entities for buildings that are covered by the Welsh Government developer remediation contract and are a height of 11 metres and over. Covers: accelerating remediation; determining whether a building requires works; agreeing the scope of fire safety works; seeking regulatory approvals; securing assurance after fire safety works have been completed; and holding developers to account.
