Provides guidance on cancellation of initial notices to local authorities, registered building control approvers and persons carrying out building work. Covers: regulatory background, transfer of projects to a new registered building control approver, transfer of projects to a new registered building control approver without a transfer certificate or report, reversion/transfer of projects to the local authority and local authority capacity.
