Abstract
The report contains a review and details of techniques for the measurement of concrete permeability on site or from samples removed from site. The basic mechanisms and units of measurements relating to permeability are explained. The tests described in the main body of the report to measure permeability, relates to a number of different material properties (absorption, porosity, penetration, flow, diffusion characteristics) as well as the 'time' permeability.
