Abstract

Introduces The Quality Control Reporting System (QCRS). It is to be used on all schemes for the design, construction, improvement or maintenance of trunk roads including motorways. It is a computerised database of defects which have occurred during the design, construction and maintenance phases in the life of a trunk road or structure, or any component therein.
