Abstract
Visitors' centre. Interpretative centre at Ceide Fields, County Mayo, Ireland, the most extensive Stone Age monument in the world. Features sloping stone-clad facade and is partly built into the sloping hillside using steel frame reinforced waterproof wall slab supporting the earth, all on an ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer [epdm] membrane. Architects: Office of Public Works, Dublin.
