Abstract
Concentrates on coating of concrete and metal building components. The types of coatings commonly used are described in the Appendix. It draws on literature relating to coating in the factory or on site as appropriate. However, experience is drawn from general coating technology, waterproofing structures and the history of use of the materials in various soil conditions.
