Abstract
The text concentrates on those aspects of construction which lead to the greatest number of problems or greatest potential expense, if carried out unsatisfactorily. Material dealing with pitched tiled and slated roofs is far greater in quantity than that dealing with, for example, shingled roofs or long span roofs.
