Industry Committee for Emergency Lighting
ICEL is a division of the Lighting Industry Association. ICEL is a joint industry committee formed in 1987 from the Emergency Lighting sections of the British Electrical and Allied Manufacturers Association (BEAMA) and the Lighting Industry Federation (LIF).
