Abstract

Covers provision, siting, installation, system design, water supply and pumping arrangements for hydrants and risers; similarly for hose reels including required co-ordinating spaces, foam inlets generally. Also includes requirements for components and recommendations on installation, inspection, acceptance and maintenance, as well as advice on fire brigade access. Read with BS 5041 and 5274.
