Abstract
Summarises two maintenance studies that use a statistical approach. The main part is a detailed comparison of heavyweight flat and pitched roof maintenance in estate houses, and the second part considers a group of flat roofs of various designs on large buildings and identifies the effect on cost of some contributing factors.
