Abstract

These recommendations are based on sealants and mastics currently available for sealing the perimeter of frames. This document is intended to apply to frames offered on a supply only basis and also for supply and fix conditions where the type of joint and its size, tolerances and sealant specification should be agreed between the specifier and frame manufacturer.
