Abstract
Recommendations for good practice in the initial and maintenance painting of buildings. Certain processes are excluded: particular requirements of listed or historic buildings, preservative treatments for structural timber, coatings for fire protection, certain specialist decorative processes, and limewash and distemper coatings.
