Abstract

Looks at the perceptions of performance in the realisation of a concept into a completed building. Focuses particularly on the perception of the constructor who sees it as a series of managerial and 'co-ordination of resources' problems to be resolved, ultimately reducing it to a proportion of necessary turnover on which a recovery of overheads and a contribution to revenue must be made.
