Abstract
Gives advice to those who have to comply with the Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations 1983 as amended in 1998. The purpose of the regulations is to allow the enforcing authorities to identify and monitor closely, work with the asbestos materials which pose the greatest risk to people's health.
