Abstract
Details are given for the citation, coming into effect and interpretation of the regulations. Guidance is given on who is excluded from the regulations. Subjects covered include the risk assessment, various preventive and protective measures, health and safety arrangements, including planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review. Guidance is given on health surveillance and assistance measures, and the procedures to be established for danger areas. Information for employees and contacts with external services are covered. Advice is given for the self-employed or those working for a host employer. Training, duties, temporary workers, new or expectant mothers, young persons are also covered.
