This volume, Encode 2, provides detailed practical information. and technical advice in support of the principles and procedures in Encode 1. Subjects covered include good housekeeping, building fabric, mechanical and electrical services, lighting, heat recovery, building. management systems, guidance on refrigerants and finance, (ESAM), energy monitoring, identifying potential energy-saving measures and energy management planning.
