Abstract
Specifies design loads for lighting columns. Applies to post top columns not exceeding 20m height for post top lanterns and to columns with brackets not exceeding 18m height for side entry lamps. Special structural designs to permit, for example, the attachment of signs and overhead wires are not covered. Includes performance requirements for horizontal loads from wind.
