Abstract
Looks at the way in which industry can reduce its overall waste disposal costs whilst improving its environmental pollution record through a number of techniques known collectively as 'Waste Minimisation'. It examines the legal side of waste disposal and provides a step-by-step guide to carrying out a waste audit, the results of which can be used in determining which projects or processes can benefit from waste minimisation.
