Abstract
Compiled by NHS Estates and the Advisory Group on Estate Management which was instrumental in establishing the National Quality Demonstration Projects. It aims to encourage managers to undertake similar projects to improve the environment of departments throughout the hospital for the benefit of patients and staff.
