Intended for small firms, particularly quantity-surveying practices. For small firms, it demonstrates the value of senior management support and involvement in IT developments; for quantity surveyors, it demonstrates how the integration of software packages can transform traditional processes and working relationships to the mutual advantage of the firm and its clients.
