Abstract
Speculative office development at No. 60 Queen Victoria Street, London. There are eight storeys above ground. Building has a bronze facade, combining a panellised curtain walling system with an external framework of bronze columns and beams. The unusual brise soleil on the windows give a dappled shade in the interior. There are also louvres around the top of the building. Gives working details of the cast bronze structure supporting the bronze grille screen. Detailed costs and construction information supplied.
