Abstract
Supplements to the Standard form of building contract 1998 edition - private and local authorities versions incorporating amendments 1 and 2. Modifications to the standard form for use where the contractor is required to complete the design of part of the works (contractors designed portion) and the works are to be completed by phased sections.
