Abstract
The aim of this guide is to provide an introduction to the key lighting concepts, with simple and practical guidance on lighting provision and the maintenance of existing installations. The guide also seeks to summarise recent research findings covering issues such as, daylight provision, setting up lighting controls, user requirements for illuminance, and energy efficiency.
