Abstract
BRE carried out a telephone survey of 10% of local authorities across the UK to determine which aspects of sustainable construction were proving problematic and why (political restraints, procedure, lack of knowledge or understanding). This Information Paper summarises the findings of the survey, which will be used as the basis for future actions of the network.
