Abstract

Acts as a working aid to the operation and administration of the Intermediate Form of Building Contract 1998 (IFC 98). It gives a straightforward explanation of the provisions of the contract and how they will work in practice. The guide also has summaries of recent court cases and material in tabular form for quick access to information. The guide assumes only a general knowledge of JCT traditional forms of contract and can therefore be used as an introduction, as well as a desktop reference for the contract administrator.
