Abstract
Recommendations for the design and construction of lead sheet roof and wall coverings as applied to external roof and wall surfaces and fixed in accordance with conventional practice and traditional methods.
Document History
Supersedes BS 6915:1988. This document is a revision of the 1988 specification and is now a code of practice. Details have been removed that are no longer suitable and improved fixing and jointing details have been added. As a code of practice this document takes the form of guidance and recommendations. It should not be quoted as if it were a specification and particular care should be taken to ensure that claims of compliance are not misleading.
