Abstract

The intention of this Part is to ensure safe and adequate drainage from a building and from paved surfaces within the curtilage of a building. It is also intended that there should be suitable and sufficient provision of sanitary facilities for buildings, other than schools which are covered by their own legislation. Suitable facilities for disabled people in schools will however require to be provided.
