Abstract
Should be considered as an annex to CIE documents on road lighting. Aim is to review and analyse the different causes of deterioration and depreciation of public lighting installations and draw conclusions regarding what characteristics should be required from new materials employed, and what are the most convenient methods to maintain different categories of installation.
