Abstract
The aim of the construction management documentation is to provide interlocking agreements for the client with those carrying out the three functions of a construction management project: its design, management and execution of the building work and services. This interlocking agreement and direct relation between client and trade contractors, it is hoped, will engender a spirit of trust and cooperation in achieving the due completion of the clients project which may not always be present in other methods of procurement.
