Abstract

Comprises folder containing a colour chart consisting of 237 colours, a chart showing their approximate Munsell references and text which includes explanations of the visual attributes, hue, greyness, lightness and weight. It is not for specification purposes and it should be noted that a colour is only a British Standard colour when it appears in a standard derived from it for a particular product or function. For colour matching purposes larger colour patches are published in BS 5252F.
