Abstract
Addresses the MOD's responsibilities under the Pressure Systems and Transportable Gas Containers Regulations 1989 for working on, operating and maintaining pressure systems. MOD's responsibilities for examination of pressure systems is addressed elsewhere, however the main requirements are referred to in this document.
