Abstract
Reports on an efficiency scrutiny into the process for handling planning enforcement notice appeals. Its purpose was to examine in depth the arrangements for deciding appeals in order to identify changes which would enable decisions of good quality to be reached more quickly, if possible, with economies in the resources required for the process.
