Abstract
Explains the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment (No.3) Order 1994, which introduces a new class of permitted development for toll road facilities, a new class for demolition and a prior notification arrangement for erection of buildings solely for the protection of plant or machinery by gas and electricity statutory undertakers.
